Moved to Florida from Ohio in 1974. Currently Mayor of Bradenton Beach and former Manatee County Commissioner. President of the AMI Club & Chairman of the Easter Sunrise Service Committee, the Newsletter Committee, and the Bring Up Grades Committee. -
Jerry Buck
Moved from Ohio to Florida in 2015. Retired from Huntington National Bank as a CPA. AARP volunteer for senior tax preparation. Currently serving as the Treasurer for the AMI Kiwanis. -
Sandy Haas-Martens
Florida resident since 1960. Former Holmes Beach City Commissioner & Deputy Mayor. Volunteers on many local organizations. Currently Secretary of the AMI Club & Chairman of the Guest Speakers Committee, the Historian, the Publicity & the Christmas Party; and, Secretary/Treasurer of Kiwanis AMI Foundation. -
Darrel Shinn
Retired from U.S. Air Force after 21 years as a pilot, started vacationing in Florida in the 1980s, relocated to Florida in 2015 from Virginia. After Air Force retirement, He has spent a career in the financial planning business and is an IRS Licensed Tax Professional. Member of Kiwanis since 1989 and is serving as AMI Trolley Grant Chair, AMI Kiwanis Membership Chair, Nominations Chair, and also Petoskey, MI Co-Chair of Membership. Active in AMI Roser Community Church as Co-chair of Nominations, a Deacon & on Financial Committee. Was Outstanding President of Arlington, VA Kiwanis in early 1990s.

Claudette Welch
Retired from teaching in Westerville Ohio in 1993 and moved to Holmes Beach. Joined Kiwanis in 2005 and is a Past President. Has been Sunshine Chairman, co-leader with the Key Club. Has a long list of charities & volunteer work over the past 40 years. Currently serving on the Club Sunshine Committee, Fund Raising Committee, Bell Ringing Committee and Key Club Committee. -
Patricia Webster
Moved to Florida from Michigan in 2000. Spent many years in the healthcare industry as a nurse administrator in public health. Currently serves on the Key Club Committee and the Prayer Committee. -

Susie Kruse
Moved to Florida from Iowa 41 years ago. Career in banking for 41 years & served as Vice President Office Manager at various locations of Barnett Bank. Managed offices for Republic Bank, South Trust, Coast Bank (regional manager) & Regions Bank. Has served as secretary & treasurer for the Kiwanis. Currently serving on the AMI Kiwanis K Kids Committee, the Fund Raising Committee, the Music Committee & the Builders Club Committee.
During May 2022, the Club will continue to meet every Saturday. Starting in June, the Club will meet monthly.
